Mountain

If you could choose
What would your mountain range look like
Would it be sky-punching crags
Or rolling ranges
Youthful fields of scree
Or aged stones of moss
Would you be above the air in ice and snow
Or covered in humid jungle vines
Sheer walls of stone
Or hoodoos dancing in the sunrise
Would you strive up upon the backs of those beneath
Or erupt in sudden clouds of choking ash
Be thrust up in quaking heaves
Or spill upon yourself in fresh molten layers
Would you hide in clouds
Or stand where all could see you
What would your mountain range look like
